Teaching and Laboratory Facilities

The institute possesses the modern teaching and laboratory base comprising:
- specialized laboratories;
- academic laboratories;
- computer classes;
- Training drill ground with 100 m obstacles stripe;
- A stadium with basketball, football, volleyball, and  tennis grounds;
- 7 gyms and sports halls.

Training of the first year students of the Faculty of Engineering is organized on the country teaching base of the Institute 30 km from Minsk.
At the Institute there is:
- Training Fire and Rescue Station equipped with 18 units of main and special fire and rescue techniques;
- Training and Tactical Ground.

For training in conditions simulating real combat situations (fire extinguishing, emergency elimination) is used the training-tactical ground of the Institute of Retraining and Professional Development of the Ministry of Emergencies of the RB.  For diving and parachute training the Institute involves training grounds of the Republican Unit of Special Purpose (the centre of diving-salvage) and the facilities of the State Aviation Rescue establishment “Aircraft” of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Belarus.

There are available training platforms and classes for preparation of drivers of motor vehicles of category “B”.
